Refund & Replacement Policy

At Vedvishwa, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please review the following terms before placing an order.

 

1-Day Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 1 day of receiving your item.

Eligible Cases:

  • Wrong item received (must be proven with an unboxing video)
  • Defective or damaged item received (must be proven with an unboxing video)

Not Eligible:

  • Size issues or personal preference
  • Washed, used, or damaged items by the customer
  • Items not in their original packaging or condition

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests.

 

6-Month Free Replacement (Color Fading Only)

We offer a one-time free replacement for color fading issues within 6 months.

To avail this:

  • Send clear product photographs to our support team
  • Pay a prepaid shipping and handling fee of ₹100 (COD not allowed)
  • Return the original item at your own cost or keep it as you wish

Note: Products that are damaged or used improperly are not covered under this policy.

 

Key Guidelines

  • All return/replacement claims are subject to inspection
  • The decision of our team is final in all cases
  • Returns for size issues will incur a flat fee of ₹100
  • For prepaid orders where delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a refund will be issued to your in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees
  • We are not liable if the customer pays more than the stated COD amount to the delivery agent

Refunds

Refunds to a bank account or UPI ID are only offered in rare cases such as:

  • Orders delayed by multiple weeks
  • Repeated receipt of incorrect or damaged products

All other approved returns will receive store credit as a discount code or gift card for future use.

 

How to Start a Return or Replacement

  1. Go to our returns portal and enter your order number and contact details
  2. Choose the item you wish to return
  3. Upload your unboxing video and product images along with a brief explanation
  4. If approved, we will schedule a return pickup (subject to service availability)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your replacement or store credit

If pickup is not available from your pin code, you must self-ship the item. Replacements will be issued after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Nepali Rudraksha products
  • Items from our Premium range (eligible for 6-month replacement only)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If approved, credit will be issued to your in-store wallet.
